Vielfalt aktiv gestalten: Weiterbildung für Fach- und Führungskräfte mit neuen Terminen
Zusammen mit dem Verein Niedersächsischer Bildungsinitiativen e.V. (VNB) hat das Institut für Diversitätsforschung eine Weiterbildungsreihe für Fach- und Führungskräfte entwickelt. Die berufsbegleitende Reihe „Vielfalt aktiv gestalten als Führungskraft in Unternehmen und Organisationen“ findet in sechs Modulen statt und beginnt im April 2022. Actively shaping diversity: Continuing education for professionals and managers with new dates
Together with the Association of Education Initiatives in Lower Saxony (VNB), the Diversity Research Institute has developed a diversity training programme for managers and professionals in SMEs and organisations in South Lower Saxony. The course „Actively shaping diversity as a manager in companies and organizations“ comprises six modules and will begin in April 2022. Participants can earn an IHK certificate.
