2023 feiert der Stifterverband zehnjähriges Jubiläum des Diversity Audits „Vielfalt gestalten“. Das Diversity Audit begleitet Hochschulen sowie seit ein paar Jahren auch außeruniversitäre Forschungseinrichtungen dabei, Strukturen, Instrumente und Maßnahmen zu konzipieren, um diverse Personengruppen in den Hochschul- bzw. Wissenschaftsalltag zu inkludieren. Aus diesem Anlass findet am 6. Juli in Bonn eine Festveranstaltung „Embrace Diversity – 10 Jahre Diversity Audit“ statt. Unsere Institutsdirektorin Andrea D. Bührmann ist an der Talkrunde „Das Diversity Audit – Blick zurück nach vorn“ als Expertin beteiligt.

In 2023, the Stifterverband celebrates the tenth anniversary of the diversity audit „Shaping Diversity“. The Diversity Audit supports universities and other research institutions in designing structures, instruments and measures to include diverse groups of people in everyday university and academic life. To mark this occasion, a festive event „Embrace Diversity – 10 Years of Diversity Audit“ will take place on 6 July in Bonn. Our Institute Director Andrea D. Bührmann will participate in the panel discussion „The Diversity Audit – Looking Back to the Future“ as an expert.
