Neu am Institut für Diversitätsforschung: Theresa Fortströer
Theresa Fortströer ist seit 1. Januar 2023 am Institut für Diversitätsforschung. Als wissenschaftliche Hilfskraft unterstützt sie Julia Gruhlich in der Belgeitforschung zum Thema der Digitalisierung der Landwirtschaft. Dafür führt die Soziologin Interviews mit Landwirt*innen in Ostwestfalen-Lippe. Im Projekt wird analysiert, wie sich die Arbeit der Landwirt*innen durch die Digitalisierung verändert hat und welche subjektiven Sichtweisen sie in Abhängigkeit von ihrer sozialen und betrieblichen Position mit diesem Wandel entwickeln.

Theresa Fortströer joined the Göttingen Diversity Research Institute on 1 January 2023. As a research assistant, she supports Julia Gruhlich in her research on the digitalisation of agriculture. For this, the sociologist is conducting interviews with farmers in East Westphalia-Lippe. The project analyses how the work of farmers has changed as a result of digitalisation and which subjective views they develop as a result of this change, depending on their social and business position.
