Rückblick auf die ENLIGHT Teaching & Learning Conference
Vom 16. – 18. November fand in Göttingen die Teaching & Learning Conference des europäischen Hochschulnetzwerks ENLIGHT statt. Thema der Konferenz war „Diversity and Co-Creation in Higher Education – inclusive approaches on-campus and online“. Das Institut für Diversitätsforschung war in verschiedener Weise an der Konferenz beteiligt: Andrea D. Bührmann war Conference Chair, zusätzlich wirkte Elena Futter-Buck als Teil des Programmkomitees an der inhaltlichen Programmgestaltung mit. Julia Giese und Jördis Grabow leiteten am 16.11. zusammen mit Mayte Santos Albardia und Irati Agirreazkuenaga Onaindia von der Universität des Baskenlandes den Workshop „Coming Back to our Senses: A collaborative workshop to establish creative and inclusive learning environments“, in dem es um kreative Forschungs- und Lehr-Lern-Methoden ging. Am 17.11. leiteten Andrea D. Bührmann, Elena Futter-Buck, Julia Giese, Jördis Grabow und Franziska Stauche zusammen mit Ekaterina Ershova und Amelie Firsching von der Stadt Göttingen den Workshop „Diversity on-site: negotiating co-creation and experiences of differences in community-based learning„. Andrea D. Bührmann begrüßte die Teilnehmenden als Conference Chair und nahm am von Elena Futter-Buck moderierten Eröffnungspodium teil, auf dem Vertreter*innen mehrerer ENLIGHT-Universitäten ihre Erfahrungen und Visionen zu Diversität, Inklusion und Ko-Kreation diskutierten. Hier geht es zum Video des Eröffnungsplenums (ab 7:25) einschließlich der Podiumsdiskussion (ab 35:10). Bei der Tagung wurde auch der ENLIGHT Teaching & Learning Award vergeben. Areti-Kristin Bouras, Studentin im MA Sozialwissenschaftliche Diversitätsforschung, vertrat die Universität Göttingen in der hochschulübergreifenden Jury für den Award und war aktiv an der Preisverleihungszeremonie beteiligt. Impressions of the ENLIGHT Teaching & Learning Conference
The University of Göttingen hosted the ENLIGHT Teaching & Learning Conference which took place from 16. – 18. November 2022. This year’s conference theme was „Diversity and Co-Creation in Higher Education – inclusive approaches on-campus and online“. The Göttingen Diversity Research Institute was actively involved in the conference: Andrea D. Bührmann was conference chair and Elena Futter-Buck was also part of the programme committee. Julia Giese and Jördis Grabow led a pre-conference workshop together with Mayte Santos Albardia and Irati Agirreazkuenaga Onaindia from the University of the Basque Country. Their workshop was entitled „Coming Back to our Senses: A collaborative workshop to establish creative and inclusive learning environments“. Andrea D. Bührmann, Elena Futter-Buck, Julia Giese, Jördis Grabow and Franziska Stauche led a workshop together with Ekaterina Ershova and Amelie Firsching from the City of Göttingen. Their workshop was entitled „Diversity on-site: negotiating co-creation and experiences of differences in community-based learning„. Andrea D. Bührmann welcomed the participants as conference chair and took part in the opening panel moderated by Elena Futter-Buck. Representatives of several ENLIGHT universities shared their experiences and visions on diversity, inclusion and co-creation. Areti-Kristin Bouras, MA student of Diversity Studies in the Social Sciences, represented the University of Göttingen in the award jury and took an active part in the award ceremony.
