Stadtlabor 2.0: Institut für Diversitätsforschung an neuem Projekt „Wege zur de/antikolonialen Stadt“ beteiligt
Das Institut für Diversitätsforschung ist beteiligt an dem Projekt „Wege zur de/antikolonialen Stadt – Stadtlabor 2.0. Perspektiven versammeln, Gedenken gestalten“. Weitere Beteiligte sind das Centre for Global Migration Studies (CeMig) an der Uni Göttingen, unter dessen Federführung das Projekt beantragt wurde, das BoatPeopleProjekt, das Netzwerk Göttingen Postkolonial und das Literarische Zentrum. Das Projekt erhält eine Förderung im Rahmen des Programms „Zukunftsdiskurse“ des niedersächsischen Ministeriums für Wissenschaft und Kultur. Insgesamt fördert das Ministerium landesweit 13 Projekte mit insgesamt 1,5 Millionen Euro. Die Projekte beschäftigen sich insbesondere im Rahmen von wissenschaftlichen Veranstaltungen mit aktuellen, zukunftsgerichteten Fragestellungen und sollen mit ihren Impulsen zur gesellschaftlichen Debatte beitragen. The Göttingen Diversity Research Institute is involved in the project „Ways to the de/anticolonial city – City Lab 2.0. Gathering perspectives, shaping remembrance“.
